Though Reebok has largely maintained its own visual style when it comes to the Classics line, their more modern releases are a different story. Before 2005, most of Reebok’s performance releases were largely unremarkable. Then, in sweeps adidas, purchasing Reebok that year and introducing their interpretation of the brand’s design motif. The Zoku Runner has Three Stripes influences all over it.
This lightweight running model boasts a featherweight build, made so by the one-piece Ultraknit upper. That woven construction is held up by a speckled midsole, in which is Reebok’s signature DMX cushion system. The shoe is also cut to present a more streamlined and low-to-the-ground aesthetic, which is perhaps the biggest example of the adidas influence here.
Regardless, this ultra lightweight runner is sure to prove itself as the perfect running companion. Available in a selection of colorways, you can check out the Reebok Zoku Runner at our Reebok online store.
