Founded in 2016 by Gosha Rubchinskiy together with skater Tolia Titaev, Rassvet (PACCBET) embodies the spirit of skate culture and contemporary Russian art in fashion.
From the start, Rassvet has captured global attention with its fresh visual style, inspired by urban youth and the social changes of post-Soviet Russia. This brand, an evolution of Gosha’s work, blends skate culture, Moscow’s subcultures, and a dedication to pattern-making from Paris, where it has developed.

The Origins of Rassvet
Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tolia Titaev, the brand’s two founders, often met at Oktyabrskaya Square, a classic skater spot. With very different backgrounds, skateboarding united their stories. In Russian, “Rassvet” (PACCBET in Cyrillic) means “dawn,” a name that symbolizes both a new beginning for Russian youth and the vision of its creators, who aim to redefine Russia’s image and skate culture with each collection.

From its first appearance, the brand has stayed true to its message of authenticity, using graphics, prints, and functional garments that reference the visual codes of skateboarding and graffiti. Inspired by brutalist architecture and the urban iconography of Moscow’s streets, Rassvet’s collections reflect a nostalgic yet current aesthetic.
The Rassvet Catalog
Rassvet’s catalog includes iconic graphic tees and sweatshirts, technical pants, and durable accessories, ideal for skaters. Each piece shows a dedication to detail: functional cuts, robust fabrics, and graphics designed in collaboration with Russian artists and creatives. Equally important as their own collections are collaborations with artists like Julian Klincewicz, Ricardo Fumanal, and Slava Mogutin, as well as brands like Vans and Carhartt.

In its collections, the brand experiments with a subdued color palette punctuated by vibrant touches, reminiscent of 90s skate culture, Soviet officialdom, and Russian subcultures.
