What an awesome turnout we had for the release of the long-awaited Nike Air Max 1/97 Sean Wotherspoon! Per usual, Foot District Friends and Fam showed up in style the morning of March 24th. As each person waited their turn to play the Slot Machine Raffle for his/her chance to win a pair of the highly-coveted sneaks, they enjoyed a wide array of sneaker eye-candy and even something sweet to eat! We surprised our Foot District Friends and Fam with free chocolate churros and coffee (thanks to Onoto Cocina catering) to calm their anxious nerves and fill their hearts and bellies. The chocolate churros resembled the colorful, corduroy Wotherspoons in not only color but in texture, too, and they certainly were satisfying and delicious to all the hungry sneaker-lovers that came out that day.
