The inspiration topic for this pack are the most renowned and indulgent foods and beverages from each city. And it’s a fact that in fashion, and more precisely in sneakers, we let our cravings loose. In this sense, Nike joins in this new Quickstrike two of our favorite treats: sweets and sneakers. In fact, the motto of this collection, which is printed on the insoles of each model, is “treat yourself”.
Each model comes in a different colourway and material combination, but all share the freshness and the casual and playful feeling of a nice dessert. A common detail this collection shares is the metal tag on the front, which identifies the city inspiring each sneaker.

Nike WMNS Air Max 90 Hyp QS Milan
The tradition of the Aperitivo in Milan inspires the first model we want to introduce, which is also one of the flashiest. Cocktails, canapés and a lot of glamour: the acid colors of the drinks are reflected on a color gradient going from orange to red.
As to the materials, Nike went for the Hyperfuse technology. The result is a seamless upper that makes the gradient on this model stand out nicely.
Nike WMNS Air Max 90 QS New York
This model takes its colors from the classic Strawberry Cheesecake, hands down one of the most famous dishes from the american city. The brown outsole reminds us of the cookie and butter base of the cake, while the white and beige upper is inspired by cream cheese and the red eyelets, heel and branding symbolize strawberry sauce.
The main material on these Nike WMNS Air Max 90 is suede, with leather details like the Swoosh.
Nike WMNS Air Max 90 QS Paris
The dessert inspiring this sneaker is equally delicate: the macaron, two light almond flower biscuits glued by a cream filling. Flavour is not the only thing that matters in this dessert: its light and fluffy texture and its pastel colors are its main features.
These two characteristics have been reflected on these Nike Air Max 90. The materials are leather with a satin-like finish and fluffy textile. The color, a light lilac that turns them into a unique model.

With the following two models we travel to the eastern world, with dessert that probably won’t ring any bells. It’s the case of Shanghai and its “Must Win Cake”.
In addition to a completely pink colourway, what first draws the eye about this model is the composition of its “Diamondback” upper. It is made of a synthetic material similar to rubber with a unique geometric texture which covers the whole upper except for the Swoosh, heel and midsole.
Nike WMNS Air Max 90 VT QS Tokyo
The last model we want to introduce is inspired by the crepes from Harajuku in Tokyo. The main component of all the crepes, whipped cream, gives the white color to these sneakers, and is also represented in the lines along the laterals.
