An icon returns:
Thirteen years later, the iconic Nike Air Force 1 Low “Roc-A-Fella” is set to return. Part of Nike’s AF100 Collection that celebrates the 35th anniversary of the “Uptowns”, the shoe was presented earlier this month at ComplexCon.
The Nike AF100 Collection distinguishes five of the most influential personas of pop-culture, style, fashion and music, to give the white-on-white AF1 a new dimension. First released back in 2004 and coveted ever since, the shoe payed tribute to the legendary Hip-Hop record label, founded by Jay-Z, Damon Dash and Karrem “Biggs” Burke back in 1995.
The design remains untouchable, a classic white-on-white colorway on a premium leather, accentuated by the Roc-A-Fella’s embroidered logo on the heel, tongue and printed on the insole. Nike’s re-release of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Roc-A-Fella” is set for November 30th both online and instore.
