In honor of the recent Air Jordan 1 Hi OG NRG “Nigel Sylvester” drop, Foot District commissioned artist @soaptwo to create a custom-painted BMX bike in the colors of the shoe. Before putting the bike on display in our store in Madrid, we went into the city to test it out and capture these photos (seen below). As you can see, the colors of the bike reflect the colors of the Air Jordan 1 Hi OG NRG “Nigel Sylvester”and even have the distressed look from brushstrokes of darker colors representing the dirt marks that so often appear on the kicks of a BMX rider. And, since we were feeling especially enthused about it and inspired by Nigel Sylvester, we decided to host a giveaway contest and award the bike as a prize to a very lucky Foot District follower on Instagram. We hope the winner can pull some sick tricks on his new BMX bike!
