The origin of GEL-TERRAIN™
The model chosen is the ASICS GEL-TERRAIN™, a shoe inspired by the trail designs of the GEL-FUJITRABUCO series, a classic trail running saga from ASICS. As a result, a new model has emerged that takes its aesthetic lines and adapts them to a new functionality that falls somewhere between trail and urban.
The GEL-TERRAIN™ construction is based on a running classic, the GT-2000 8, and features GEL and FLYTEFOAM cushioning for increased comfort on asphalt.
The uniqueness of its design and the functionality of its materials have made the GEL-TERRAIN™ an interesting model for collaborations with Comme des Garçons SHIRT, UP THERE or Cecilie Bahnsen.
