Winter Ready: AJ6 Retro Wheat
Jordan Brand is not playing about their winter sneaker line up. One of the models to be repurposed for the season comes in the form of the Air Jordan 6 Retro Wheat.
The colorway comes with a build and color scheme that is appropriate for the winter months ahead. And, of course, you won’t have to sacrifice anything in the style department.
The iconic frame of the Air Jordan 6 is fitted with a suede base on its upper. We see stitch details all throughout, similar to what you could expect on a full-grain leather pair. That design hit is common with the AJ 6 and is only amplified by the plush suede upper here. As you would expect, the Wheat theme encompasses the whole upper. But, we do get a contrast in a crisp White midsole and outsole combination.
As with many of the older Jordan models, there is a surprising level of on-foot comfort here. The inner linings are thick and make for an appropriate choice this winter. Additionally, the Air unit underfoot keeps you cushioned throughout your day.
