JJJJound teams up with adidas once more, following their two Sambas Made In Germany.
This time, the Canadian brand is betting on the same model in a new style that promotes calmness.

JJJJJound from Canada
JJJJJound is a Canadian design studio that began in 2006 as a moodboard and has since grown to become one of the most important brands for understanding the new minimalism. A refined vision of masculine style derived from essential creations and inspired by fashion history.

The majority of JJJJJound’s work is released under his own brand, but he has also developed an amazing ability to create his own style through collaborations with brands as diverse as Levi’s, Dr Martens, A.P.C., and Danner, always showing respect to his collaborators.
JJJJJound and adidas Samba
After transforming two adidas Samba into handcrafted items in his first collaboration, JJJJJound returns to collaborate with adidas Originals on a collection that seeks the essentials of football, as only JJJJJound knows how, through minimalism and calm.

Inspired by adidas’ heritage and archive, the adidas Originals x JJJJJound collaboration arrives at FOOTDISTRICT with references such as an essential Samba in khaki tones, with very wild suede and the classic rubber sole, a monochrome football shirt that reinterprets historical silhouettes, jacket, pants, bag, and a Football Ball with an elegant classic design.

The campaign’s protagonist does not follow JJJJound’s minimalist and classic lines, but instead presents a relaxed image, at least in the photos taken by Liam MacRae of him in his daily life in Portugal. José Mourinho, a football legend, appears unexpectedly as a sparkle in an essentials-focused collection.
The adidas Originals x JJJJJound collaboration raffle, featuring the adidas Samba “Mesa,” is now open at FOOTDISTRICT.
