The adidas NMD “program” continues to explore different shapes and uses to the now famous Primeknit. One of the better examples of it was the recent NMD_CS2, presented this year as part of the adidas Consortium Sneaker Exchange.
A clean silhouette that features a primeknit upper wrapping your feet with a cool heel pull detail to give it a little bit of an edge. For the latest adidas NMD release the NMD_R2, NMD_CS2 and NMD_XR1 also got similar makeovers, bold graphics with embroidered Primeknit, almost reminding of the ancient Japanese Sashiko technique. These are simple colorways that give this latest NMD “Super” release a sober look and makes the shape of the shoe shine like it is supposed too.
