FOOTDISTRICT was one of the accounts chosen to launch the new adidas x Bad Bunny Gazelle Indoor “San Juan”, and we wanted to celebrate with a special event in Madrid, an experience that would highlight Bad Bunny’s tribute to his homeland.




adidas and Bad Bunny’s successful collaborations now include a new silhouette, the Gazelle Indoor “San Juan”, a reinterpretation of a very current model that this time recovers the colors of Puerto Rico, a blue found in the sky, the sea, and the cobblestones of San Juan Viejo.
To commemorate the launch, we transformed FOOTDISTRICT Madrid into a “San Juan experience” for all senses, with the store dressed in blue, DJs recreating the Puerto Rican atmosphere based on a playlist created specifically for the occasion by Bad Bunny, and a street stall serving coconut limber. A fantastic opportunity for the lucky raffle winners to explore the universe that inspired their adidas x Bad Bunny Gazelle Indoor “San Juan”.




The adidas x Bad Bunny Gazelle Indoor “San Juan” are made from various adidas archive models, from which they recovered the asymmetrical toe cap and included references to Benito himself, such as the visible label on the heel (“The right thing in the wrong place”) or the double tongue, a common detail in adidas collections for Bad Bunny that alludes to his bilingualism.
A unique way to experience a launch in which we elevate the adidas for Bad Bunny experience to new heights and bring the soul of real San Juan to the heart of Madrid.
