If there’s something that characterizes Guillermo Andrade – head of design and co-founder of 424 on Fairfax – it is to know how to precisely translate the current affairs, such as police brutality or immigration, to his garments. Graphic sweatshirts and red bracelets are two of the brand’s major symbols.

The truth is that 424 became a world reference in the fashion scene. Not only in Los Angeles, but all around the globe. What began as an internal project is already a worldwide phenomenon that has got the support of loyal followers such as Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa or The Weeknd, among others.
However, things haven’t always been easy for him. The brand began in 2010 as a jewelry line that did not succeed. “The first years, barely no one came to the store”, admits Andrade. But as a result of his perseverance and effort, he proved that the American dream is not just an urban legend.

Not even a year ago, in October 2019, the brand was taking a bold step forward into the football scene. Since then, 424 is Arsenal’s official sponsor through a two-year agreement thanks to its close relationship to the Spanish player Héctor Bellerín. This was the first time that 424 blended contemporary streetwear with high-level professional sport.
It is undeniable that 424’s success relies on the configuration of an excellent and easily recognizable streetwear formula. Nevertheless, this is not synonymous to exorbitant prices. The brand has found the perfect balance between luxury and accessibility.

Guatemalan heritage, urbanite essence and advanced functionality finally arrive to Foot District by the hands of these three digits. 424 is now available in our catalogue!
