Once again, all eyes turn on one of the most important events in the fashion world: Paris Fashion Week. An international showcase where, fashion shows aside, the streets become hotbeds of trends where the most avant-garde street style is the real protagonist. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Paris Fashion Week<\/strong> is one of the most important events (the most important?) as far as the fashion system is concerned. An event that lasts several days and takes place twice a year, in which the French capital brings together the highest (and most diverse) number of designers, influencers, celebrities and <\/span>fashionistas<\/span><\/em> who don’t want to miss the arrival of <\/span>the-next-big-thing <\/span><\/em>in terms of trends.<\/span><\/p>\n

A real <\/span>tour de force<\/span><\/em> in which <\/span>Balenciaga<\/strong>, <\/span>Louis Vuitton<\/strong>, <\/span>Givenchy<\/strong> and <\/span>Dior<\/strong> among others generously provide us with a show that establishes the who’s who of fashion and trends in a clear and crystalline way, and that dictates the style of the clothes we will wear – or try to emulate, at least – over the coming months. <\/span>Impossible to resist. <\/strong><\/p>\n

High couture and front rows aside, if in recent years there is a style that has increased its prominence, it is the one born in the street, in environments far from the catwalks. <\/span>Street style has been gaining ground year after year<\/strong>, season after season, and what seemed to be a passing trend, anchored in the most classic streetwear and the sneakermania niche, has become an unstoppable phenomenon with no end in sight. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brands previously relegated to their sporting function, or related to youth subcultures and underground music trends, ended up becoming essential in the wardrobes of fashion victims who combined them without prejudice with their favourite luxury brands. Trainers and apparel from giants such as <\/span>Nike<\/strong>, <\/span>adidas<\/strong>, <\/span>New Balance<\/strong> and <\/span>ASICS<\/strong> became objects of desire on a par with the maisons themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Luque<\/strong><\/a> – an exceptional Spanish photographer based in Madrid and London, who is a fashion expert and specialist in capturing the essence of street style like no one else – we tracked down and immortalised the best looks that included a pair of sneakers from the Japanese giant on their feet. And, believe us, there were a LOT of them. <\/span><\/p>\n

Technical innovation, coupled with a futuristic, detail-rich sense of aesthetics, make each pair of sneakers the perfect complement to elevate any outfit, whether it’s a minimalist suit jacket or a utilitarian look. <\/span><\/p>\n

So it’s no wonder ASICS is dominating the streets of the City of Love. A relationship that is one of the most fruitful and solid on the scene today. The <\/span>GEL-KIRIL<\/strong>, the <\/span>UB3 S GEL-Nimbus 9<\/strong><\/a> or the <\/span>GEL-Delva<\/strong> are some of the sneakers most seen on the feet of influencers, trendsetters and fashionistas throughout the week.<\/span><\/p>\n
