This original silhouette is the latest addition to the “Hu” collection, a collaboration between adidas Originals<\/strong><\/a> and Pharrell Williams. The sneaker is inspired by the legendary adidas Crazy. Its origin goes back to the 90s, when great figures of basketball revolutionized the courts wearing the groundbreaking design. The Crazy BYW (Boost You Wear), its latest successor, takes over by combining retro aesthetics with the innovative Boost<\/strong><\/a> cushioning system. Now, reinvented by Pharrell Williams, it comes to light with an exclusive print, highlighted with colorful details, a signature trademark of the singer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The successful collaboration between adidas and Pharrell Williams began its journey in 2014. Since then, numerous silhouettes have been launched within the “Hu” collection with which the singer tries to send a global message. As the German brand explained at the beginning of the collaboration, “Hu” is a belief, a vision based on the first syllable of ‘Human’, which seeks to bring us together as people, celebrating both our cultural differences and our collective power.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In all his contributions, Pharrell Williams is committed to combining colors and spreading messages that motivate people to build a better world. In this case, the message is through the words “Gratitude<\/span>” and “Empathy.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The silhouette has a black mesh and a fabric upper with details in yellow, red, blue, and green. The ankle-wrapping upper of the shoe is made of ribbed fabric in the shape of a sock that stretches and grips for comfortable support. The laces crisscross through the tongue of the shoe and, above, you can read the slogans of the collaboration: “Gratitude<\/span>” and “Empathy”. The multicolored mid-sole incorporates the Boost system to complete the design.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The two feelings that guide this design are what makes this collaboration one of the Foot District’s favorites, as we greatly identify with the messages that Pharrell Williams and adidas are sharing with the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La exitosa colaboraci\u00f3n entre adidas y Pharrell Williams comenz\u00f3 su andadura en el 2014. Desde entonces se han lanzado numerosas siluetas dentro de la colecci\u00f3n \u201cHu\u201d con la que el cantante trata de enviar un mensaje mundial. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la marca alemana al comienzo de la colaboraci\u00f3n,\u00a0<\/span>“Hu es una creencia, una visi\u00f3n basada en la primera s\u00edlaba de ‘Humano’, que busca reunirnos como personas, celebrando tanto nuestras diferencias culturales como nuestro poder colectivo”<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En todas sus aportaciones, Pharrell Williams apuesta por aunar colores y transmitir mensajes que motiven a las personas a construir un mundo mejor. En este caso, esas palabras son \u201cGratitud\u201d y \u201cEmpat\u00eda\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La silueta cuenta con una malla negra y una parte superior de tela con detalles en amarillo, rojo, azul y verde. El cuello de la zapatilla es de tejido acanalado con forma de calcet\u00edn. Los cordones se entrecruzan hasta la parte superior por debajo de una leg\u00fceta con letras destacadas en las que se pueden leer los lemas de la colaboraci\u00f3n:\u00a0Gratitude<\/span>\u00a0y Empathy. La suela multicolor tiene una base con sistema Boost que completa el dise\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
