Since the launch of the Equipment in 1993, adidas has continued reviving its retro models in continuous reissues. The fact is that the adidas EQT<\/strong><\/a> – principally designed for athletes – survives today because whilst being faithful to the original design models, it has improvements in quality, the best example of which is the use of Torsion technology in the midsole.<\/span><\/p>\n

By this winter adidas will have introduced a trilogy inspired in some way by different cities; part of the German brand\u2019s history includes using the name of airports: the HZA Herzogenaurach (Germany), TKO Tokyo (Japan), and Portland PDX (USA). This group has been nicknamed the \u201cRegional” Pack<\/strong> and consists of three variants of the adidas Equipment Running shoe that in addition to representing a symbolic journey through three continents are, in short, a premium<\/strong> version for winter made of the highest quality leather or nubuck.<\/span><\/p>\n

The adidas Equipment Support Running “Herzogenaurach”<\/strong> stands out for the elegance of its upper, which has an olive green matte finish and is made from suede, nubuck and mesh among other materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

An essential addition, all models of the “Regional” Pack feature the three stripes across the sides that characterise the adidas EQT Support Running 93, as well as other small details such as cross-shaped perforations (not rounded).<\/span><\/p>\n

The adidas Equipment Support Running “Tokyo”<\/strong>, which reuses the white, green and black colorway of EQT Support Running Original<\/strong>, but is inverted and nuanced. They are the model from “Regional” Pack where it is played against a variety of colours and textures, from the suede softness to the lustre of the leather.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are other details, such as the small grid and camouflage print, as well as those already mentioned, and the three stripes featured on all models.<\/span><\/p>\n

And finally, a trip across the Pacific where we arrive at the adidas Equipment Support Running “Portland”<\/strong>, with a warm appearance due to an upper that is manufactured with a fleece-like fabric, so fashionable in recent years that it\u2019s even been used in sneakers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not forget all of the details in the designs: colorways, textures, prints embroidered on the side of the heel and of course we must add the midsole Torsion technology as yet another quality of the “Regional” Pack<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
