Our last post in 2014, and first of all we want to thank you<\/strong> for every time you have read our blog. Secondly, we want to share with you our small selection of the 7 sneakers<\/a> that changed 2014<\/strong> and the future of the sneaker world.<\/p>\n

1. Air Jordan<\/a> Vl \u00a0Infrared<\/h3>\n

There is no doubt that this year will be remembered for this great restyling of the Air Jordan VI Infrared<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the 28th of November, this reissue\u2019s release hit internet and left us just as amazed<\/strong> as the people who saw it for the first time two decades ago.<\/p>\n

2. Adidas Tubular<\/a> Runner<\/h3>\n

Inspired by the Y-3<\/strong>, adidas has pleasantly surprised us at the end of 2014 with the great Tubular Runner<\/strong> and their renewed structure.<\/p>\n

Their neoprene sock<\/strong> with leather insertions have turned this sneaker in a must-have in every sneaker lover\u2019s closet, so they were a complete sold-out<\/strong> in most stores.<\/p>\n

3. Nike Roshe<\/a> Run Flyknit<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Nike Roshe Run<\/strong> were released in 2012 and in such a short time they have made their way to the top-selling Nike models<\/strong>, thanks to their simplicity and endless colourways<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you add up the massive technological innovation<\/strong> at Nike, you get the spectacular Nike Roshe Run Flyknit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. Adidas ZX<\/a> Flux<\/h3>\n

Updated upper and a vintage running aesthetic<\/strong>. The ZX Flux<\/strong> were another hit by the brand of the three stripes<\/strong>. They are made of synthetic silk and match any print, which gave way to the creation of the already famous #mizxflux app<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Nike<\/a> Air Yeezy ll \u201cRed October\u201d<\/h3>\n

Kanye West<\/strong> is responsible for the huge success of the Yeezy in 2014. Their Red October<\/strong> colourway and futuristic<\/strong> silhouette, together with details like the golden tips on the laces took care of the rest.<\/p>\n

The Nike Air Yeezy II \u201cRed October\u201d<\/strong> are, and will be for a long time, one of the most sought-after sneakers ever, reaching high prices that only a few can afford.<\/p>\n

6. New Balance<\/a> 530 x Ronnie Fieg \u201cCentral Park\u201d<\/h3>\n

Both the N brand and the controversial Ronnie Fieg<\/strong> (loved by some and despised by others) deserved a place in this game-changing sneaker selection from 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These amazing New Balance 530 x Ronnie Fieg<\/strong> were inspired by Central Park<\/strong>. All the commotion following any Ronnie Fieg collaboration, together with the great color combination<\/strong> made this sneaker sell out really fast.<\/p>\n

7. Nike Air Huarache<\/a> Triple Black<\/h3>\n

They say they will be the sneaker of 2015<\/strong>, and judging by their success so far they probably will, since in 2014 the popularity of the Nike Huarache<\/strong> went up.<\/p>\n

The Nike Air Huarache Triple Black<\/strong> are the perfect example. Their retro silhouette<\/strong> (which was futuristic when they were released) and the hype for black sneakers<\/strong><\/a> give these Nike Huarache<\/strong> a place in our short list.<\/p>\n
