In 2010, Olivier Bernhard’s idea became a reality with the addition of Caspar Coppetti<\/strong> and David Allemann<\/strong>, two of his friends with whom he decided to form On<\/a>. His first success came directly from the industry, with an ISPO Brandnew award for innovation only a few months after the brand’s official launch.
