The early 2000s styles and cultures are honoured in the Joe Freshgoods & New Balance 1000<\/a>, which is when the original 1000 truly came of age. The 1000, which was first designed as a performance silhouette for runners, reflected some of the concepts that would become known in the first ten years of the twenty-first century while also showcasing the innovative spirit of the 1990s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joe Robinson, the creator of Joe Freshgoods and the creative director of Every Now & Then<\/strong>, a collaborative and creative hub from which he launches some of his ideas, was the first to design his own version of the New Balance 1000. Considered one of the most storytelling-savvy collaborators, his partnerships with New Balance tell stories embellished with cultural references to his native Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the New Balance 1000<\/a>, Joe Freshgoods has recaptured the original lines and blended them with a combination of luxury and futurism that harkens back to the early 2000s, an era that definitively established the concept of streetwear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
