Patta and Converse’s long-standing collaboration resulted in the “Rain or Shine”<\/strong> collection, designed for people who need to stay active in any weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patta and Converse, regular allies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Patta reunites with Converse, one of its enduring allies, with a fresh collection inspired by some of the brand’s iconic pieces and a fresh functional and utilitarian aesthetic. Patta emerged in Amsterdam’s hip hop culture, but it has always maintained ties to Suriname, the country of origin of the founders, Edson Sabajo<\/strong> and Guillaume ‘Gee’ Schmidt<\/strong>. They did so even in the name, because patta is the Surinamese word for sneakers. Patta has grown from music and graffiti to become a pioneering brand in Europe for its ability to support emerging communities and cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n

Patta’s very origin forces them to be constantly on the move, looking for new creators and new creations.
